REGISTER
Use our online tools to register with the apartment complexes that require pre-visit registration. Simply click the register button on the details apartment listing page and we take care of the rest.

VISIT PROPERTIES
When you visit apartment properties, make sure to list RentSmart Apartment Locating on all paperwork including, guest cards, rental applications, and lease agreements.

CLAIM YOUR CASH
Immediately after completing your rental application, report your lease online on the Claim Your Cash page or contact your personal agent.

CASH REBATE
