Our system can qualify the prospective resident with your properties criteria. Our licensed real estate agents work directly with the prospect to place them with the appropriate apartment community. Our agents have area knowledge and provide the prospect with availability and move-in-special information. We use technology to manage the prospect and follow-up to make sure we make the perfect match between our participating apartments and the prospect. RentSmart actively invests in advertising to drive prospects to use our service. We have thousands of prospective residents visit our web site every month.

RentSmart uniquely uses technology to get your community in front of prospects based on your placement needs. By combining the communication tools of our network of licensed real estate agents with our ability to promote specific properties, we are able to promote the properties that need to fill their vacancies. Technology allows us to place a specific property where it will receive more traffic, and our agents have information on specific properties that they can promote. We provide two levels of services to the apartment communities:

Basic Service

Our basic service gives your apartment community a wide range of exposure. Our agents match your community with the prospective resident based on the needs of the prospective resident and your community. RentSmart receives the standard apartment locating fee that is indicated by the apartment community on a monthly basis (minimum fee applies). The fees are normally on a percentage basis and we are compensated on a fee for service basis only. Our service is completely free unless we place a prospective resident with your community.

Preferred Service

This service will help the communities who are interested in immediate exposure for quick results. Our network of agents and technology will get your community in front of more prospects quickly. The RentSmart team strategically places the preferred apartment to receive more exposure on RentSmart.com. In addition, our agent network researches the clients needs and prioritizes the preferred properties that meet the client’s needs. The fees are normally on a percentage basis, and we receive compensation on a fee for service basis only. Our service is completely free unless we place a prospective resident with your community.
